Dave's story
I didn't start out in real estate. And honestly, I think that's made me better at it.
RCMP. I spent 11 years with the RCMP. Policing teaches you to listen first, stay calm when everyone else isn't, and tell people the truth, even when it's not what they want to hear. I use all three every week in real estate.
Radio. I spent 7 years in radio broadcasting, in Lloydminster, Prince Albert, Edson and Peace River. Radio taught me to keep things simple. If people can't follow you, you've lost them. So when I explain a market, a contract, or an offer, I do it in plain English.
Business owner. I also owned a small business during those years, so I know what it means to watch every dollar and keep your word to customers.
Real estate. I've been helping people buy and sell since January 2015, with $200 Million Plus in sales since 2016. Today I'm with DK Real Estate Group, working on both sides of the Alberta and Saskatchewan border.
What ties it together. Every one of those jobs taught me the same thing: get the full picture first. You prepare, you stay fair, and you make the right call when it counts.
How I work
