Lloydminster Neighbourhood Guides
Lloydminster is one city on both sides of the Alberta and Saskatchewan border. These guides cover four neighbourhoods using public sources such as the City of Lloydminster, the school divisions and local developers.
Each guide says where the neighbourhood is, what types of homes it has and what is nearby. The guides do not include prices or sold data. Ask Dave for current listings.
Alberta side (west of 50 Avenue)
West side of Lloydminster, Alberta, next to Bud Miller All Seasons Park.
Established neighbourhood in southwest Lloydminster, Alberta, with parks and schools.
Saskatchewan side (east of 50 Avenue)
Southeast Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, with walking trails, a playground and a splash pad.
East side of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, in the Weaver Park area, with apartments, townhomes and houses.
Moving between the two sides
