Lloydminster realtor. Neighbour first. Deal second.

Meet Dave

Dave Kadun is a Realtor with the DK Real Estate Group, based in Lloydminster. He's been practising real estate since about 2015, and he's licensed on both the Alberta and Saskatchewan sides of the city — which matters here, because a single street can put two homes under two different provincial systems.

Before real estate, Dave spent about 11 years with the RCMP, worked in radio and broadcasting, and ran businesses of his own. Off the clock he's been a hockey official for 30+ years. That mix shows up in how he works: prepared, calm under pressure, and more interested in doing right by people than rushing a deal.

How Dave Works

His approach is simple. Make friends and serve people. People hate being sold — but they love shopping with friends. So Dave focuses on education, honest numbers, and staying easy to reach. Whether you're buying your first place, selling the family home, or relocating to Lloydminster, the goal is the same: a clear path and a relationship you can trust.
